For years sleep was not my best strength. I mostly got it done at awkward times and in blocks of time that were too long or too short. A sleep routine was a laughable idea.
But my creativity suffered, my professionalism was never desirable, and my mood was often not suitable for a work environment. My health was abysmal.
I have a sleep routine now. And let me tell you, it was a transformation in the way I created and communicated.
A regular time of rest is certainly not a new idea. The question is, do you value yours?
